Embarking on my largest artwork to date was exciting and challenging. Inspired by thoughts of a bright, tropical and fun summer as I started painting on colours in energetic broad brush strokes.

Evocative of warm summer days and swimming at our beautiful Qld beaches. The feel of the warm sun on her skin, wind playing with her hair, letting it dance about as she runs up the beach. She is completely in the moment, vibrant, full of life and loving it. A bird of paradise.

She is a real show stopper, the centre piece of whichever room or space she is in.
